I'm not entirely convinced the room we see in that cutscene is the ritual room. The walls don't match (the upper trim is pretty much identical though), the shape doesn't match either and there is no fireplace in it. Besides returning to this room would have tipped Garrett off instantly. Unless you're speaking of the cutscene in which Garrett delivers the Eye, but that hanged man art does not appear in it nor in game.
Interesting trivia about the red branch, I never noticed it. These guys were geniuses.

Where Garrett starts Escape! is where he was just rescued by the Keepers, which is the room shown in the cutscene. The columns (the texture on and number of them), the altar and the dais, the windows at the side--it's all smaller than what it looks like in the cutscene, but roughly the same, and the placement of the columns are not precise at all for where Garrett gets slammed into one, but the overall layout matches in Dark Engine's limited way, and much more than any other location. There's nothing about it that could tip Garrett off in The Sword, even if that stained glass appeared in-game, since the number of clues are already stacked up pretty high, anyway, and still took many players by surprise, and Garrett's never been fast to piece things together.
Yeah, it has nothing to do with, and very little in common with, the Dark Project Ritual Room in The Maw, which is why I mentioned Escape! and The Sword specifically.
I forgot to say that I like the artwork!

Glad to see you having fun in 3DS Max, again. Did you make the lamp, too, or is that dropped in from another source?

Thanks! Yes, I am trying to make some things again. I recognize that I forgot many things, heh!
I made the lamp too, but it is an old thing, I just merged it for this one. :)
