It appears in the cutscene after you've completed The Sword, in Constantine's home.

Yep. Even though several things in the ritual room don't match between game and cutscene, that stained glass is supposed to be the one overhead in the ceiling, but the in-game stained glass is of the small Green Man face, though it's been cut out with a hexagon of air for a light source:

No one notices that the branch with the hanging fruit continues the red stripe of blood going up the trunk and through the overhanging branch, showing the relation of the blood sacrifice to the blood fruit/healing fruit (plumsie).
