Just choose the right cheese. Some poncy German soft cheese will do it better than most, but if you're hard up a mature Stilton DONT FORGET THE BLACK PEPPER and you're sorted. A few capers never hurt.

Well, the chicken in poblano cream does include both chicken and cheese :D
I also highly reccomend the cream. It's not spicy, I promise.

Twelve years ago, I spent so much time eating Taco Bell and playing Quake 1/2 on-line! I was the stereotypical guy with food and soda next to the computer. :) I would play for a wile, switch to observer to eat and watch others play, and then start playing again.
For a wile, I stopped eating Taco Bell, because it tasted like the beans had been changed. Then, about a year ago, my mother and I walked to our local Taco Bell and I found out that the beans were good again! It seems as though the Taco Bell brand beans that were sold in cans at the local stores have disappeared, which sucks, because they were quite good. I've had to switch to RoseRita brand.

Why can't someone make a fast food Mexican restaurant that doesn't serve dog food grade beef slathered on stale tortillas?
You might see if you have a Bajio in your area. They're sort of the Quiznos to Taco Bell's Subway.
I am not at all sure if that metaphor works.

You mean they cost twice as much but deliver only slightly better quality?

It did at one time. I used to think Quizno's was 10x better than Subway when it came to good fast food sandwiches. Nowadays? Eh...maybe a little better. More interesting at least, but not as good as they used to be.
And no Bajitos over here, though I do have a Mojo Burrito. It's literally the Subway of Mexican food. You go in, pick out your ingredients as they walk you down a line, and have them cook it up. I'd go there alot more, but damn, the closest store is a 15 minute drive away. Not good for those moments when you just want something quick.

Taco Bell fail.
I don't know what Taco Bell that's from, but I've never gotten anything that bad. Usually it looks more or less like what it should, taking into account that it can't possibly look exactly the same as the one that was carefully crafted, shot from all the right angles, and probably even digitally enhanced for the commercials.
