Sorry but, am I running what?
After re-reading the thread, I am now assuming that the animations are not for the game?

You're in the Thief III Editor's Guild. The files in this thread are for the Thief III Editor (map creator, etc.).
The animations for the game (not the editor) are found in this thread:

Is there a new installer too? :)

This is just the zipped editor files. I was contemplating an installer for t3ed.
The game installer has some issues:
* Weird side effect with Minimalist 1.4.1. The walking animation with the footstep note-tracks are sped up. Changing the speed in the ini file has no effect on the animation, except the sound. The creep animation has footsteps and it's not supposed to.
* The eye zoom problem is still there. I have no idea what's up with that.
* The leaning + bow draw still has issues. It's a lot better than it was.
* Still haven't found a way to check if mods are installed, then disable other options/components when those mods are found. With Inno Setup, I want to look into the main t3 directory for Uninstall_Minimalist* or Uninstall_JohnP*.
This would probably be easier if I hex-edited instead of patching. Except I have no idea about the scripting with XVI32.
EDIT: Duh, I just need to play around with it a little bit.

Minimalist 1.4.1 adds sound to creeping. I did this by altering the creep multiplier in the default.ini. I think I also altered another multiplier...I just can't remember right off. I'll look it up when I get home and tell you how I did it.
