ok someone else did ask but it wasnt answered :(and I am stuck at the same place.How to get onto the balcony on the right as you enter the chapel,or the one directly overhead as you enter.I have the rubber gloves but cannot access anywhere around there.

"The Secret Room" is the fourth part of "The Keeper" mission. Mission tells about Enfrocers Order as well. The map is built from scratch, but some original T3 rooms were reused.

I have tried to get across
The front of the chapel,to the other balcony,but am always spotted...is it possible to do it with all the guys still in the chapel or do I have to knock them all out first

Hint (Beware, blatant spoiler!) To get to the right-hand balcony without being seen by anyone in the chapel,
go to the Scribe room and look above the bookcase that has the button that re-opens the sliding bookcase, there is a panel that swings up. You may need some crates to enable you to climb up. Regs, Mike.
