I'm stuck and don't understand the spoilers that were previously given to answer these questions. I'm tired of running around, obviously in the wrong rooms or levels.
I need help with:
1. finding Martin's chronicles
2. finding the address
3. finding something about the architect
4. Several people are mentioning a cathedral. Where is that?
There's something supposed to be in the elevator shaft, but I don't see anyhting there. The only grate I openend there was the exit from the weapons room.

Read through the thread as all these questions were answered there. But to help get you started, from the weapons room go down the hall across the way and look for a secret. Be on the look out for secrets and grates. Some grates are in the ceiling and walls.
As for the cathredral, you missed a secret earlier. Think about the bookcase that got you in near the beginning of the mission. Was there another like it anywhere?
Big spoiler alert Both rooms at the opposite end of the hall from the weapons room have ceiling grates. You will need crates..lol
As for the elevator, there is another that has what you may be looking for, but its in the cathredral..lol

Thanks Stingm. I've found
2 ceiling grates, one took me to the secret room and the other to the level with the tree (but I didn't find anything special there). I noticed the other
bookcase in the hallway on the lower level, right before the elevator, but haven't located a switch for that yet. I'll go back and do more checking. If someone can leave me a spoiler for that bookcase, that would help a lot.

Of course, I found the switch to the bookcase, but not before taking every single book off the shelf first. Oh well. It was fun tossing the books against the chandalier and watching it sway.

OK, still having problems with Martin's Chronicles. I'm in the room above the secret room in the council room (the one with the old bookcase and books lying around. I've picked up every single book--nothing. Looked for a switch or secret door--again nothing. Can someone please tell me if there's anything else up here?
Also, How do I get to the stone balcony on the right in the council room? I've been to the iron balcony but can't seem to get across.

Your in the right place. I had to seperate the books as I picked them up to keep form picking up the same one again. Its there somewhere!
As for the other question, I believe you get there by a ceiling grate. I believe its upstairs in the chapel. Either that or the one in the secret area near the scribe room. Look on top of the first bookcase to your right as you enter. Climb in and instead of opening the first grate, leave it closed and go on. Hope this helps, its been a bit since I played. :thumb::angel:

How do you get into the weapons room? I have not been able to find a bed with fobbable switch behind it that opens the door to the weapons room.

This question is answered earlier in the thread. Please read the thread before posting as chances are that someone else got stuck there too. But I'm not that mean so heres your answer.
Its been a bit but I believe the switch is in a room nearby. When you get off the elevator, the entrance to the weapons room is to your left at the end of the hall. Directly across from the weapons room entrance is another hall. To the right of that is a room with the switch. Its either there or in the next room down. But it is there!

I've seen a couple of comments about problems with grills not opening, and I seem to have the same issue. Highlight - frob - nothing happens. Is there a key for them (i.e. have I missed something), or is this just my system acting up? :confused:
It's a shame, because I'm really enjoying the mission so far.
