JonesCrusher are you talking about the one across from the first lift? The one that opens up the bookcase that leads to the council room? If so I still cannot find the trap door! I have been to every bookcase I can think of but no luck!! Which room or hallway is it in?? By the way I thank you for all of your help!!

Yeah!!! I finally finished this really great FM. I really had some problems.
Jonescrusher, I know you told me about that far room on the right and I had gone there several times and could not find that opening. Then after my question about the 3rd opening, I knew where it had to be...I almost never got up there. Had to get 3 crates to make it. This FM was one of the most difficult ones for me, but I can't wait to find Krellek in the next part {I hope}.
Couldn't have finished this game without a lot of determination and help from you taffers.
Thanxs again,
Hope Vincent:cool::)
Yay Hope!...so glad you got there..but you didnt need three crates...if you drop one flat, then drop one on the edge of it,it will roll sideways and land on its edge...then pick it up on its edge and put it on top of the first one and you get more height....simples!...Where did you find the third crate anyway...I thought there was only two?

no its the sliding bookcase in the "Scribes room" bit,
make sure you get the gloves from the chest there
The trapdoor is above the return switch

Is the door on the chambers corridor marked as scribes open? If not you need a key. (on the watcher)

No the door is locked that is why I have not been able to continue. You said the watcher has the key is he the invisible one at the other end of chambers hallway?

I think it was the patrolling one. Search the ground where you knocked him out.

To cattamer and JonesCrusher thank you I had to get down on my hands and knees to find the key but oh well! Next time I play T3 I will look before I bonk them on the head!!!
JonesCrusher on 21/11/2009 at 01:11
aww...this is such a pedantic game...its certainly a different approach than to T2/1...the keys are very hard to see and they drop off when you take a watcher down...the trapdoors are very hard to see unless they are under your nose, but having said that a very engaging game, and well thought out, I must say...Thanks Savar!.I look forward immensely to your next one...dont stop there.:thumb:

I am almost finished with this mission. I only need to get out. Where is the exit?
Quote Posted by cattamer
As for the
exit , possibly.
At the circular room open the NE door, enter (where the hammer priest was) and search for a hatch. I found
the hatch above the bookshelf, went through and now I am behind the
sitting man with his light gem, just in front of a non-frobbable metal door. But nothing happens. Every other objective is ticked off.

I loved the mission very much (sooo many books...!), although it gave me a hard time. I wouldn't have come so far without help. But it is always better to have a too difficult mission than a too easy mission, don't you think?

I don't know why, but the viktrolas didn't play music for me.
