Well, it seems I need a step by step walkthrough on this one.....:( I made it to the attc hatch but I don't know how to open it, I got the hair pin, loft key and mansion key....

If you examine the hatch closely, you'll see something that needs to be removed, you need to find the right tool for the job
Giveaway
Turn left out of the door, follow the balcony to a hatch, crawl through and find the chappel, morgue and more, this is where the tool to open the hatch is, near a fire and a ghost! It's a crowbar

It took me a while to understand the thieves would not move......but the card is up there, tried jumping also from the table, and can not get up there...no crowbar yet......
