If you've found the battery for the UV light, you already know what to do with the attic ghost.
Use the UV light on the picture it was sitting on when you found it, all will be illuminated.

Deal with the attic ghost the same way as two in the morgue, get him to chase you to the holy water, using the stairs that lead to the battery.
Use the UV light to follow a series of arrows drawn on the floor by the girl. They'll lead you to a new key!
PS, If anyone can offer a clue as to where I can find cards 5, 15 and 18 I'd be grateful.
