T2 FM - Unholy Vivid Innocence (Uncadonego's No Pressure (un)Contest 16-12-2009)

I am thouroughly stuck, and could use some hints.

I have killed the first haunt, gotten into the secret room by where he was, watered the dry fountain, gotten the medallion, opened the keeper's alcove, gone into the room with the bridges, gotten the flash bomb, gone down a ladder there and found a locked room full of skeletons, gone further down and gotten to a flooded room, and been everywhere I can currently access on either side of the complex.

My questions. There are two guardians I can use the flashbomb on. The one at the beginning, and the one in the room below. Using it on the first guardian allows me into a room with a haunt, a dead tree, and some loot. Using it on the second guardian does nothing but kill it as far as I can see. Using a water arrow on the tree does nothing, so I assume I need a moss arrow or fire arrow or something, but I've found neither, and killing the other guardian does not make the hand of glory accesible, so I'm at a loss what I'm supposed to do now.

Help would be appreciated.

I think you misunderstand the room I'm refering to... The room I mean is a very large tall room with four walkways leading from a central cylindrical room, and an identical setup a floor below that. I believe it's called the Sanctum of Lamentations.

I have also now killed both guardians, and gotten all the treasures in the rooms they opened, and still have one flashbomb, but I still haven't found anywhere but dead ends, and still no moss or fire arrows.

Edit:Nvm, now I have an even better question. Was I supposed to get to the bridge Clearing mentioned by shooting a rope arrow into it, and climbing up from the flooded room? Or did I break the mission doing that?

You did it right. That is exactly how you were supposed to get on the bridge. Once on the bridge, look at the cobweb for a moss arrow.

Have you finished the flameless torch puzzle? If yes, go down the ladder that it opened, to the room with diagonal coffins, then to the small caved-in room full of debris. The wand is on the floor there.

There is a flare somewhere or other (sorry can't remember where). Use it to light the torch.

Herr_Garrett: To get the flare you have to solve the withered tree puzzle. Every puzzle leads to another until the fat lady sings. :p
