An hour in, explored the ground floor and first upper floor, knocked out all the guards there, got some loot and found some secrets. Now I'm a bit stuck.

Things on my to-do list that I don't have a solution for:
- I want to go to the third floor but the door is locked and Garrett says he should take a different route
- there's something in the ballroom: a hatch in the ceiling up in the rafters, I roped up there but I don't know how to open it
- in the basement there's a vault with a combination lock, I don't have the combination yet
- also in the basement there's a locked wooden door; I opened it with fire arrows to see what's behind it and was attacked by a sorceress! Gotta find the key
- there is also an outside area I can't reach; I walked around the castle along the left side, starting from the gift shop entrance, but there's some fencing that blocks me from mantling up the staircase there

I guess some of these will be solved as I go along (like the vault code and the key for the sorceress room) but I need some hint for at least one of those. I assume either the ballroom secret or the third floor access would be the next step.

EDIT:
Nevermind, I found how to get further in the ballroom! One guest writes in his diary how he saw a shadow move up in the rafters and the chandelier was swinging back and forth. The swinging chandelier is the trick: there's a gear on it which opens the secret door.

First thing is get the elevator button from the warehouse behind the castle so you can get to 3rd floor. There is a note on 2nd floor elevator about missing button. It says to check warehouse manager for updates. If you need help getting in warehouse, check the buildings next to it.

Fire arrows opening that door was missed! I will need to patch that. Although I suppose it doesn't break anything, you just are not intended to be able to open those doors from that direction. For your own experience I suggest not forcing locked doors open with fire arrows. That was an was a big slip up!

I'm just blind and missed the big double doors leading to the back side of the castle! All good now.

There should be a way to get there via the Benny was here secret area though, cause that's what I found while looking for a way to get there!

Am in third floor, but now I'm stuck again trying to go further up.

I've noticed:
- a locked vent that I can't lockpick and have no key for, I assume this would be the way forward?
- an upside down chest on the ceiling that I can't interact with... what??
- several narrower vents too small to crawl into, I rope arrowed up to them to examine them but there seems to be nothing there

For the chest, it may be a clue about something hidden in that room.

Look for a vent key. It looks like a long pole with a hook on it.

Its where the AC man was sitting in 3rd floor bar, leaning against a pillar next to his table. If you made him flee already, look for table with plate/goblet/cheese.
