I need a nudge, and I don't want to read through the thread due to spoilers. Playing on Expert. I have the earth, water, and darkness stones. I've knocked everyone out, and have free reign of the entire castle. I've hit my loot objective and raided the vault, but have no idea where to look for the remaining three stones (or what to do with them, but I'll worry about that later).
Edit: OK, found the stone of light and fire, just looking for air now.

The air stone is near the place where you have to use the stones, where the sword is. Did you find that already? If not, then a look at the map could help. AFAIK, each level of the castle holds at least one stone. So, which area did not yield a stone so far?
Still no luck? Then you should examine the Master's bedroom which is on top of the castle. There is a secret passage there, which can be opened by finding a well-hidden switch behind some column on the wall near the bed. A wall panel nearby should open.
If you have already been through there and still can't find the stone, look up in the room where the sword is. Now you should see something - otherwise, you need new spectacles.;)

Finally finished, that switch in the main Lord's bedroom was awful, I had to watch Fen's video to find it. Tiny hidden micro switches are not fun, for the record. Once I got that, it was sort of smooth sailing, although the wind puzzle room didn't really work for me, so I just cheesed my way through it.
@Vortex - Not sure if it's been fixed already, but I noticed the bowl with the spilled plumsies near Cptn Downwinder was not droppable, basically forcing a reload. FYI.

I also had to read this thread to find out where that switch was (and that there was something hidden in that bedroom). And the
wind puzzle also did not work here, so I did some
crate stacking.

Congrats, Vortex85! I loved the atmosphere, well hidden secrets (that's what I like the most), great scenario. 10/10
Unfortunately, I couldn't find all 15 secrets.
I managed on expert:
Played: 3 hours, 15 minutes
Loot: 11221 / 12406
Pockets Picked: 7 / 10
Secrets: 10 / 15
I hope there will be a walkthrough in the future. I am really curious to find all secrets.
Thank you for this lovely mission.

Great, so glad you enjoyed it! Ok for the secrets I have made a list of them for anyone who wants them all below. Admittedly a couple are really hard to find just because they are completely not needed for any objectives and only useful to get 100% loot.
All 15 secrets (Spoilers!):
1) 1st floor library - secret book treasure on top of bookshelves (west side)
2) Drill bits 1 -1st floor dining room rafters
3) Drill bit 2 - 1st floor east bathroom rafters
4) Drill bit 3 - 2nd floor maintenance closet under door on floor
5) 2nd floor hidden weapon/supply stash - torch lever moves statue revealing entrance
6) 2nd floor hidden gem necklace - under servant bed/mat
7) Basement - guard quarters wall has moveable brick block behind 1 of the bunk beds w/ loot behind it
8) Basement - slash banner in Capt. Downwinder office
9) Basement - Open Dewdrop portal
10) 3rd floor - small gem on forehead of statue in the center of office lobby room
11) 3rd floor on balcony near elevator open door and mantel up to roof to find Diane's lost ring
12) 4th floor - rope arrow to top of Silvia's purple bedroom (small secret panel near ceiling above wall with ladder on floor)
13) sword room - small switch on back of table (having Credulo's note about the stones/portals), open's secret room *hard to find*
14) Outside behind castle, go around behind castle to on west side to find Benny's note and fine wine
15) Outside in front of castle - climb on top of wall of trees (small part of trees looks different / allows rope arrow to stick) mantle on top of rock cliff to find pirate flag and treasure (secret can be seen by looking from front balconies from castle) *hard to find and get to*2 hidden objectives:
1) Steal jewelry off of all 4 of Credulo's children (on their bodies) - (Sapphire, Diane, Silvia, and Karnas)
2) Find all the drill bits (1 in workshop with the note on drill bits and 3 secret ones)

I seem to have a bug getting to the water stone portal.
I'm in the bedroom and have frobbed the ship's wheel. The machinery grinds but nothing moves. I assume it should be the bookcase as I can see an opening behind it.
EDIT: Just noticed a brush on the floor that was stopping the bookcase moving. Damn my destructive nature

i am also happy the lost city drill bits got some love in this mission as true thief fan will never forget the day we were in lost city and in a section by stairs to some towers there was the legendary drill bit on the ground
i think i even seen one fan mission where they put a diamond on the end of the drill bit, then it was the mythic diamond drill bit
thief has the best items ever

Extremely enjoyable mission.
Great architecture and design. Beautiful interior settings. Interesting premise and, regardless of the initial impressions of size and extent, even bigger and deeper than suspected.
After playing the Patriot campaign just before this, it was nice to play one where I did not need to refer to online cheat sheets a single time (except for the six remaining secrets--which in a mission of this physical size, I hardly consider cheating considering I was already in it for nearly 8 hours of game time).
Especially appreciated were the well-thought-out hints (written and non-written) which enabled me to figure out things without the necessity of accidentally stumbling upon something important to make progress. The hints were subtle enough to be overlooked if one were not paying attention, but very useful in the proper context.
The guardians in the throne room were an exciting touch.
The Stone of Darkness area was flat out terrifying.
More like this one, please.
Very well done!

Great mission, very good architecture and atmosphere, smart secrets and creepy horror elements. Brilliant job!
