Great mission! 8/15 secrets hmm, That's a lot of secrets.
The castle was beautiful. Seeing it from the outside truly was astounding. I love megastructure-focused level design like this, it is such a deviation from the modern level-design-as-a-movie, and more based on level-design-as-a-painting. Great stuff!
The decoration of the interiors was great as well, good thief stuff.

BTW, I have updated my original post with a link to version 1.2. It has a few fixes I needed on the readable books with some spelling errors. I have also tweaked some objects and AI to fix a couple of bugs and some slight improvements that I had been meaning to do such as fixing the roof area on the 5th floor. There also a few texture fixes and optimizations to textures that should help it run smoother overall. I also fixed a bug on a bonus objective that was present when using auto search.
Nothing huge and new is added in version 1.2, I really just wanted a version of the mission published that actually addressed all the existing problems without adding anything big and new that may add more problems, lol. This very well be my final update to this mission if I don't see any more major issues over the coming months. Any possible future versions are not planned at this time.

To proceed further, take the vent hook you got in the bar, go into the library on the lower levels, and look for a grate in a corner of the lowest library level. This will open the way you need to take.

edit: finished it! 4h56m on Hard. 8349 Loot, 2/15 secrets. What a mission! Finally a use for Speed potions in a mission, cause you better believe I chugged potions and hauled ass outta those last 2 mirror worlds. Scary as heck! My only feedback would be that the 2-factor vault system did confuse me as well, wasn't sure why the code didn't seem to do anything. How about having 2 lights that light up, one for the key, one for the code? Or having the keys hidden behind a panel that only opens once you've insterted the key? Also I did have to peruse this thread to find out how to open the hatch up in the ballroom. Scanned the room over several times, but wouldn't have been able to guess that the cog on the chandelier was interactable. Besides those nitpicks tho, this was a fantastic mission! :thumb:

Well, the ghostly figure walking away (and then vanishing) is, technically, a slightly modified Haunt. If you place a mine in the spot where the Haunt will appear, and only then read the readable which triggers the Haunt's arrival, he explodes the moment he appears. I think you can even pick up the body, then.

Ah okay so I can imagine then it's her magic that created the haunt. I thought to be cannon you accidently killed her early haha.
