Yes, they do Lady Jo. Check farther down the hallway, by the doors that lead out to the balcony for secret doors that opened. :)

I have a list of the secrets, if you want it, Lady Jo, but I was unable to find 60g. of the loot, so I can't help with that.

Damn fine mission, this. After playing several clunkers in a row, "Shining Standards" is a welcome change.
Having some a bit of trouble here and there:
[SPOILER]Anything else in the "flare maze" other than flares, the Hand of Glory, and a gold nugget?[/SPOILER]
Playing on Expert, I found 10 out 13 secrets in mission 1 and 2 out 4 in #2. If someone has it, I'm ready for a complete secrets list via e-mail or posting.

Its been a while, but I dont belive so, I think there was a health potion in there aswell, but maybe on a different difficulty level.
