I believe I found the 13th secret in Shining Standards. Using NickD's list I found all of those plus
in the basement storage room crates cover an opening in the wall.
I finished this one on expert (the second time) A fantastic mission. Practically a miniature Art of Thievery with the added bonus of another mission immediately after! Great Job.

I restarted on the new version of the mission and it was nice to have all the arrows working properly! I almost ran into the same problem that I had before with getting the first objective to cross off.
I saved at the top of the stairs, went across into the Master's room, finished in there and then went to the Library and read the scroll. The objective did NOT cross off, which confused me a bit, because this time I KNEW that was supposed to trigger it. So I went back to my save at the top of the stairs, went to the Library first, read the scroll and it worked properly. There must be some connection to which order you do these things in that messes that spot up. I remember last time that I went to the Master's room first and I couldn't get that objective to work properly.
So far, though, I'm enjoying my replay of the mission and looking forward to ending it properly this time. Thanks for the tip, Silver Sorrow, about the wine case. I never thought of sitting it down! :)

Argh, does this mean looking for more bugs! :cheeky:
The wine crate is just a 'take a certain item to a location' objective, like the hankerchief one in Framed, so dropping the crate in the backgate area is the only way to get it to tick off, also taking the crate away from this area will uncheck it. You might have to leave it there for a few seconds before the objective ticks off, as I used Sources and receptrons to make it work, and it only fires off like every 5 seconds or something.
The ship level probabbly will not be as good as the first, it really wasnt planned to be part of it and I just made it to see if I could create something that resembled a ship.
The first mission was nearly complete so I thought, what the hell, and added some objects, AI and objectives to it and sent it on its merry voyage :laff:, but because of the strange way the boat was created, the AI doesnt like it much, nor does the game engine much come to think of it.
I hope you have fun, and all these lovely comments are getting me geared up to make another mission. :)
Cheers :thumb:

OK, I've got 1832 in loot. I'm missing something. I've hacked off the board in the Hammer chapel, but can't get in. I've gotten through
the secret door where you fall (niiiiiice effect) and come out in the cellar. Some odd effects, there. I couldn't crouch for a while after falling. But I need to know how to get into the secret door in the Hammer chapel, if anyone is willing. ::Looks about with puppy dog eyes::
Theef -
You should have picked up an explosive device out of a chest in the basement. You may not realize you have it, because the chest also contains flashbombs and that's what shows in your inventory when you open it. Smash the board off over the "secret entrance" by the chapel and then put the explosive device in front of it. Set it off with a fire arrows.
Now, I'd actually tried that before, but I didn't have fire arrows. I had the explosive device, and a mine. I laid the mine down next to the ex dev and shot at the mine with a broadhead. Set off mine. Mine set off ex dev. Didn't work. I'll go give the fire arrow a shot.

Originally posted by Nightwalker I re-started from an earlier save, went and read the scroll and this time it worked. However, when I took the crate of wine to the back gate, the "go to the back gate" obj. ticked off, but the one to "take the fine wine with you did not". I obviously have some problems, so I think I'll just dump this and download the new version to start from scratch. It's a great mission and well worth the time to go through it again. Thanks, Spanker. I'm having the same problems and the mission won't end after 2 1/2 hrs. game play. GRRR! I dropped the crate, one objective ticked off, the other did not. Went back inside, took care of that little explosive device, and then came back and the crate was gone! Then, I jumped through the back gate and got stuck on the other side for a while. I made it back, but this mission won't end.

Is there a Purpose for the
Hand of Glory?
I think it would be funny if you could go around
slapping guards
with it while invisable. :laff:
This was an amaizing mission set!!! :thumb:
I didn't seem to have any of the problems that a lot of you metioned here. Maybe I played an updated version?
And someone said "Rope Arrow". Where did you get a rope arrow? My kingdom for a rope arrow. (Grumbles under her breath...) Do you know how many stupid crates it take to reach the top of the
Guard House?
I do!
Nightwalker on 16/5/2002 at 14:55
Hi, diana50322. Haven't seen you around in awhile!
There's a Weapons room, down in the basement. There are rope arrows in there. :)
Come one, come all.
There is no use for the hand of glory (maybe I should have made it loot or something???)
Crates, ha thats a good one.
I am glad you enjoyed it! :thumb:
