Well that was amazingly good, even got 5 out of 8 secrets & about 8500 loot, I did use this thread for the key for the horn though for some reason that was hard to see
So just went back & found the remaining secrets using a list from in here, kicking myself now, I was suspicious of all of them at the time but I couldn't find any way to open them so I assumed I was wrong :nono:
Mind you I looked long and hard at a lot of things that weren't secrets too, so maybe I'm not gifted with secret spotting radar.
Also I found the moss arrows, after I'd dealt with the guards, I notice I'm not the only one who did that so I don't feel too bad
Found a way of dealing with the hellbeasts, let one see me & run like hell until I find a dark place to fight in, then backstab it when it gives up, she who fights & runs away lives to run away another day ;)
Also open the doors to the bit where Rowena is conducting the sacrifice then lure all the bad un's out there, backstabbing in the dark is a lot easier than fighting in the light
I did get this odd problem where arrows wouldn't fire, they just hung in the air, also I couldn't drop objects but a save/reload usually fixed this, had to reboot the machine once to clear it though
I just wish I could tell Lady R how much I enjoyed it :(

I totally forgot my blackjack at the beginning of the mission. Yes, that's the dumbest mistake ever! And I realized that there's a blackjack available only when I reached Isabella and found out I have to knock her.
So yeh... I had to return to the very starting point, then back to Isabella... and finish the FM.

This mission was harder than Soulforge (and I only completed Soulforge for a first time this year).

15 years or so :) But I play it, as we say in Bulgarian, like an elephant in a porcelain store. No ghosting. Murderous. With sword and arrows. Have you played Counter-Strike? This is how I play Thief :P And I have no time for little secrets :P

I just finished this wonderful mission from this amazing author (R.I.P), but I do have a question about the bonus objective. I triggered it, which was not too hard cause it´s pretty obvious from what the diary says and Garrett´s "hmmm"-comment, but the objective confuses me. It says "you deserve a little reward". Is the bonus objective itself the reward or was there sth. else that I missed? :confused:

The "little reward" is a cabinet in the bedroom that opens up to reveal some water arrows and a holy water vial.

Enjoyed and finished this mission shortly after what would have been Lady Rowena's 70th birthday. A few times I was running around not sure what to do and almost came to this thread for help but managed to continue when I'd come across a path I had not taken yet. 4 hours 29 minutes snagged me 100% Run, Loot 9074/9074, Pockets picked 13/13 and Secrets 8/8 Sometimes you can 100% loot a level if things are not hidden away that well and sometimes a level can have loot hidden in ridiculous places, this mission felt like a perfect balance. Look and secrets for those searching, hints dropped for some really tricky ones. Loved the story, atmosphere, puzzles and locations!
