I can't drop the red barrel
I've tried R and right click, neither does anything at all. I saw on page 10, Lightningline seems to have had this problem as well, but no one seemed to have a solution for it.
Any ideas?

Just started this mission a bit ago.
I am having a bug with arrows. They stick right beside me. Also, bodies are floating when I take them to a dark area. I can't get rid of a scroll using the R key or the throw key.
The arrows are a bit of a problem. I download the latest version v.3
I have to stop playing this FM which is disappointing, because I have a beer bottle stuck to my hand. :o:o

Very strange. I have played several versions of "Rowenas Curse" a few times, but never had such problems. Does this occur with other missions as well? Does it still happen if you restart the mission? Did this begin when you started the mission, or did "Rowenas Curse" work in the beginning, but became buggy some time later?

It was fine when I started. When the scroll stuck to my hand I went to a previous save and thinking the problem was over I picked up the beer bottle. I had also previously used water arrows effectively but it got steadily worse to where I had to stop playing.
I don't have this problem with any other FM.

I started a run through in Normal and can confirm the bottle problem. A quicksave and reload fixed it. Strangely there was no bottle problem if I did things in a different order in Ethan's bunkroom.

I had exactly the same problem, I couldn't fire arrows or drop anything. The items would just stop and float. This bug was also presented in "Blooper Reel" in TG. It has never happened before on any FM or OM (and I hope it never will again). I got rid of it by restarting Thief 2, thank god not the whole mission. It came back a few times, but never permanently.

ffox I will try that then. Thank you
DiMarzio, do you mean restarting the FM?

It started working again after I closed the game and launched it again. I didn't have to restart the FM from scratch.

Finished this fantastic mission, 8474 loot, well, found only 3/8 secrets. Will replay it again after some time. An amazing atmosphere, a great triggering of events. :thumb: I never felt lost, which was probably because you had to return to specific places. The end trip to hell was amazing. I thought my heart will calm down after I knocked down every guard. At that point I felt lonely but after heading for the Holy Sword, the action begun, like in a movie. :D
One great thing: at some places you got the feeling that you can't return. Examples: the rocks blocking the way back from the Hell; the well room; and also the cemetery which I visited the first time by roof topping when I haven't had the key yet.
I truly believe that tonight I will have dreams about Rowena's Curse. :thumb:

Playing this FM on expert and i must say that is very well done but there are too many guards, i found myself in a small garden with no less than 9 guards at the same time, i think it's not believable and sometimes makes feel the game like a chore, really hurts the exploration.
