The well room is found through the dungeon under the chapel. Check the area very well. You should see something that is a bit different.
To open it you will need some supplies from the store room next to the barracks in the garden. The one with the archer on the roof.
If you have read the diaries, then you should have a clue to the well room.
The sword is in the passages you find near the door that leads to hell. This door will not open yet. This mission requires that you backtrack often. You will find new clues as you accomplish certain objectives during the mission.
The sword hides behind a SKULL.
The other doors to the "keys" will open with Rowena's key, which you should find after you solve the puzzle of the "well room".
If you want details, then come back and say so.
This is a great mission. Use your eyes well, and investigate every inch of the rooms and passages. READ EVERY THING YOU FIND!

OK here goes, but I think you can figure it out if you mentally chew on it a while.
In the dungeon to the right of the door to the cells is an alcove. Careful study will show you that it is a walled off door. The diary says that "he" had the well room walled up. You need to blow the wall open with explosives.
In the garden near the barracks with the archer on the roof you will find a barrel of explosives a lamp, which you can pick up (like the one at the pit) and a Fire arrow. Carry the barrel to the alcove, put it against the wall, hide and hit the barrel with a fire arrow.
Check the area carefully.
In the passages below Rowena's room there is a wall with a circular bas-relief with a skull set in the center. KISS THE SKULL. This will give you access to another area with an additional puzzle to solve. Once you figure this second one out, you will have access to the sword. But you will need the elemental keys to open it.
To open the doors under the rooms you need Rowena's key. Once open these doors will take you to other puzzles to solve to get the "keys" you need to tackle the sword problem.
This should be enough to get you started.

To kill Rowena just takes persistance. Keep killing until you don't see any more of her. There is a key to the door to the horn somewhere near Rowena's altar. Search well.
The medallion is eyecandy. No use to you at all.
