Yeah. I'm just weird in that way. It was actually a "kind of an accident" that I did that. I just frobbed the open door because when I pointed at it with the chest key equipped it highlighted, and my instincst immediately told me to frob it. I only realized it afterwards what I had done (it was also the first time I remember to have been able to do so). It was also pure luck that I remembered the safe contained 2 keys. Otherwise I would probably still be wandering around looking for the next thing to do.
Another thing was that the wall blocking the well door didn't exlode the first time I tried it (with the keg and a fire arrow). The keg exploded and the wall cloth was demolished, but the wall was still there. Maybe I didn't put the keg close enough to the wall, but it was definitely inside the niche.
And I want to stress the fact that I'm not complaining or anything. I just want to inform you, if you don't know these already.
I just leeched the v2, and completed it. Allow me to express my admiration. This os one of the most captivating missions (including the OMs) I've ever played. :thumb: :thumb: :thumb:

No one thought you were complaining. It was just interesting that someone would try that on a safe they already opened etc. :D
I too think that this is one of the (so far) all time great FM's. I can't wait for Lady Rowena to give us her next effort. (you did notice the Dromedeer has the same name as the Mission villian/victim) :)

(you did notice the Dromedeer has the same name as the Mission villian/victim) :) Yep. I just wanted to make sure I didn't offend anyone, because English is not my native language, and I'm not too well versed in all of the sayings.
I did indeed notice the "similarity" of the villain and the author. I was also racking my brain if the picture in her room had any real-life connections. Or maybe the FM is the
actual Rowena's curse :wot: Like the tape in the "ring" movie...

:p Not to worry. Your English, is a hell of a lot better than my non-existant Finnish. :D

Alright, I have a question.
Now I know that it's possible that the answer may already have been given and I could find it if I searched, but I tried, and I couldn't. I read about ten pages worth of posts and was finding out all sorts of things I didn't want to know, so...
Where's the key to hell?
Thank you.
Oh yeah, this is a great mission! :thumb:

Lobster
Have you found the note from Lady Rowena outside the Gates to Hell that sends you to the graveyard? Once you've done what you need to there, go back to the Gates and you'll see a person pacing in front of them. He's wearing the key.
Ahhhhh, thank you Nightwalker :)
I don't know how I managed to miss that :p
Sometimes it's the easiest, most obvious, things that keep me lost and wandering aimlessly around a mission.

And thanks to Nightwalker who gave me the loot list done by Peter Smith, I can claim to have finished this fantastic FM. Kudos to you Lady R.:thumb:
Only criticism is really about my trouble with the interface. Garrett is so vulnerable to any attack and so damn slow that I keep getting taken down with one shot from attackers. That out of the way, I can say that I really enjoyed this one.
Did this on Expert first time. Only looked for help here just about when getting to Hell came up.
My god, 62 knockouts.:wot: Why does Truart need to station so many ultra aware guards on one estate?
That extra objective was a very nice touch. Can't claim it rightly since the hints were so clear in the other thread. The early ones mind you.
I can say that the final exit was easier than most would think if you
go upstairs to the front balcony and follow along the rooftops until Barker's place. Jump down by the front gate and douse the torches before leaving.
About the sticking arrows, though. It wasn't always fixed in my game. It actually came in handy to reclaim my few water arrows toward the end. Although, it wasn't good when i went back to finish off those
fire elementals. Couldn' t take them down.
Too bad about the bug for getting in to get the Horn of Quintus because that room had 900 loot. I ended with exactly 900 shy of the max loot. Damn tough finding the last 300 or so to get the 8000 needed. Without the loot list, I may have just let it go. There must have been 5 or 6 spots I missed before it.

Nice! Rowena's Curse was an excellent mission, so I'll probably download this eventually to see what you added. Although I have to admit, I kinda like the bug where your arrows stick in the air instead of dissapearing- anything that saves me equipment is alright in my book :thumb: (even if it does defy the laws of gravity and physics and all that other crap..who doesn't like picking used water or gas arrows back up????).

I cannot find the
explosive charge you need to enter the well.
