Thanks Nightwalker I did miss that passage, both ones looked very similar to me. And now a whole new problem. The only doors I can't open is the one in the chapel by the alter and the one nearby behind the wall in the torture room, oh and a silvery one in an underground passage below one of the top-floor rooms. What did I miss? Also, I'm not sure how to get onto the roof of the outhouse, next to the shed with the explosive in.

Moritura -
You're missing the Well Room key, which would open the door you just exposed in the Torture room. Have you been into the Library yet? You need to find a secret door in there. Check upstairs carefully.
As for the rooftop beside the garden shed,
there's a ladder up against the wall to your right as you walk out of the shed. It's a bit difficult to see, as it's almost the same colour as the wall.
Congratulations to Lady Rowent for a wonderful mission ! It took me about 6 hours to make it through, and it was well worth it. Lots of puzzles, and the notes from Rowena were pretty creepy. By the way, was I the only one to be nervous about
lighting those three candles to get out of the well ??
I almost felt sorry for Rowena by the end ...

Just finished playing it a little while ago and....just...wow. This has to be the most creepy FM I've ever played- it has a great scary atmosphere that really crawls under your skin and makes it hard to proceed at times. I kept having to take long breaks to calm my nerves before I could go on (and that's saying a lot since I was able to finish Inverted Manse in about one sitting). Anyway-
The last battle with Renowa was scary stuff! Nice affect having her gradually look more and more dead as you wore her power down. BTW, I slid down that hole next to the alter with Isabella on it just out of curiosity, and all I have to say is "Eeeeeewwwwwwww.."
As for Caropr, you probably figured this out by now but-
There's a small alcove blocked by the spider in the room with the puddle of water in it that you have to go through. After that there's a small puzzle to solve involving skulls that you can probably figure out for yourself. If you can't figure that out check the spoiler below this.:-)

There's a small safe on the far left of the room you have to climb up a rock to get to. Pick the lock on it and it reveals a skull. "use" the skull like you would a button and the safe on the left side of the room opens. Use the skull in that one and one of the rock platforms moves itself closer to the alter with the water key on it allowing you to reach it.
So, yeah, great FM, can't wait for you next one, keep em' coming! :thumb:

I'm not that good for explanations, so I made a copy-and-paste from two replies by theBlackman:
Start at the lowest rock farthest away from the key. Jump always to the left corner. When you get to the last rock just before the wall on your left. Jump to the wall then jump to the last rock near the key.
Frob the panel. Frob the skull
Jump in the water. Repeat journey to the right hand panel. Frob the skull.
Start over and work your way to the key.
Rock jumpers:
Do a QS at each rock. At the "last" rock before you dive at the platform, do a QS.
Then keep trying for the jump from the panel to the rock just in front of the Key ledge.
Look a little above the rock surface. When you get lined up DO NOT LOOK AT THE TOP OF THE ROCK. You cannot "SEE" the rock when you jump. Get set, make sure you are lined up. Then raise your eyes and jump.
Don't try to see where you are landing. Jump at the last rock more like you are jumping into the ledge.
I hope it helps. :)

Hey, thanks. I pretty much got the other stuff so far, but spent quite a while swimming, jumping (and some cursing) in the water.

OK, given the flames already seen in this thread:
I have already read the entire 12-page thread and it does not appear to answer my question.
Also, I have managed to solve most of the mission myself; I only visited this thread before to:
realize that once I had Rowena's key that it opened those four stone doors - three of which I had found previously and also to find out how to find the secret passage from the blue room.
In fact, I figured out the "bonus objective" based on the gentle hints in first 3-4 pages of this thread (nice touch!).
My general question is:
How do I trigger Rowena to appear so I can kill her?
My specific situation is as follows:
I've gotten the holy sword, I've completed the entire "kill Cedric" thing and gotten the key to the gates to hell, so now I'm in hell. I've killed all the "Pan"-shaped demons (took quite a while, as you can imagine); gotten the front gate key, and made it to the rooms with the zombies. (Naturally, I wasted the "bonus objective rewards" on the very first "Pan" demon, not realizing I would have to kill about 20 more. ;) )

So I now have no way to kill zombies without harming myself (I'm also out of broadheads) - my only offensive weapons are my frogbeast eggs (and the frogbeast eggs appear to be useless against zombies) and the holy sword. I found the room with the healing potion and the (useless) Seal of the Sleeper. I found the passageway to the room below where four zombies wander slowly between this room and (and if I follow them closely, I can follow 'em to) the room with the locked Horn of Quintus (which I now know I can't get) and the two golden skulls. (I can get the skulls but I don't think I can sneak back out of the "Horn of Quintus" room without causing the zombies to notice me when they re-enter.) WHAT DO I DO NEXT? (I assume I don't need to go all the way back to the front gate and visit that area until I've defeated Rowena - that wouldn't make plot sense.)
Thanks in advance!

I'm another one who found the additional objective, and without any hints. It just seemed the right thing to do. Sweet!

prjames:
You've just missed seeing a hole in the wall at the opposite end of the hallway from the room where you found the Seal of the Sleeper. Climb up into it and follow the passageway to find Rowena. Don't panic about your lack of equipment. You don't really need it. You can avoid most of the demons and undead quite easily.
