i have a question about something in hell :
[SPOILER]as you enter the main part of hell (you see two demons guarding a huge dfoor in front of you) there's a ladder over on your right hand side between two of the zombie cages. i notice there is a gate up there and i can see the lever but i cant frob it. how do i get inside this gate?[/SPOILER]

Gloria, you set your time zone yourself on your Options page in your User CP. Maybe you set yours off by one hour or perhaps you are only 1 hour off of the default time which is Greenwich time, I believe, in which case you probably just never set it at all. The forum is American hosted. :)

ShadowWolf: [SPOILER] You can find the other end of that tunnel from the walkway up above Rowena. You enter through a hole onto the walkway. Go around to the other hole that you can see and go through it. You'll come to the gate and there's a lever to open it with on that side, so I guess it's planned as a way out but not a way in. been to hell and back now just trying to get passed the 6 guards i didnt KO or kill yet. and i seem to have lost my noisemaker arrows :mad:

I don't post often but wanted to commend you, Lady Rowena, on a well thought out mission. The storyline was incredible and I looked forward to reading anything I could get my thieving hands on to see how the story unfolds. I'm not quite finished with the mission yet but wanted to give you several "thumbs up" (wish I had more than 2 thumbs) for this very challenging yet very fun mission. BTW, I BJ'd all guards with the exception of a few where I used frog beast eggs and I probably could've gone without using them. I was on expert mode so it isn't impossible. Have had ample equipment so far too. I love it! Keep up the good work!

Well, I've just played through the night just so that I could finish this mission up, and I'll stand by my earlier statement: it's brilliant. Great atmosphere, great story, and overall one my favourite FM's.
Strangely enough, I'd already found most of the secrets by the time I'd made my earlier comment; the only thing that was holding me up was finding the library key, and only then because I'd failed to completely explore my options when I'd initially delved into the proper route.
Again, congratulations on a great mission. And a great FIRST mission at that.

Hi everybody,
I'm sort oldie-newbie. I haven't posted for a while and then by using a different handle. I've started playing Thief again after a break of about one year.
Rowena' s curse was just great. I almost got stuck but I finally made it through all on my own (just barely scraping together over 8000 loot and only 3 secrets...which means I can go back and play the mission again and again and again ... :cool:

Ok, I am in the middle of playing this FM and I freaking love it...:)...but I have one question...
