Yeah there's another guard that can glitch out on the other stairwell. I'm not sure what causes this, nor how to fix it to be quite honest.
Does this guard also get stuck here on 1.0? If not then it might be some pathfinding issue I introduced with 1.1b.

Folks,
I've got 3/4 secrets and would like a more detailed hint on the last one, the one that is outside the castle.
This is a really awesome mission. I played through in hard difficulty, it is definitely possible to complete the mission without having to meet or deal with Barlowe. Also, I definitely also encountered the "glitched out" guard at the end of the stairs that klatremus encountered, but my memory seemed to be that he will respond to noises, etc. as normal.
