Man, that was a great ride. I hope Sensut and his crew are working in gaming/entertainment industry, because they have a knack to create such a great atmosphere (singed roofs above the candles, customised objects - these details are the best!) and give only as much information as it is needed to complete the missions.
To the people who have only played Nosferatu: I strongly recommend other Sensut's missions, both Garret-themed and Carpathian Tales

After loong long time, I've returned to play again Thief and what I missed for those years. Now I've Thief and T2fix installed(without multiplayer, legacy and dromed level editor).
As I get it from the posts, multiplayer is causing some issues.
Should i uninstall t2fix to play this mission? (enhancement pack, skies, water, etc.)
Or is it ok only multiplayer uninstalled?

At a guess, I would assume the T2Fix options are all fine. I don't actually think I've ever seen a fan mission that directly recommends not using them, so you're
probably good.
As for multiplayer, it's my understanding that it doesn't really work even at the best of times, but if you want some real answers about that, you should probably make your own thread. Your questions about an archaic mod aren't likely to be answered in a thread about the Nosferatu fan mission.

Thanks for the quick answer.
No no, if i can play Nosferatu or any fan mission without necessity of uninstalling enhancement pack or anything else in t2fix, its perfect for me.
I know thief HD or anything like that is not recommended for fan mission. That multiplayer option in t2fix does not interest me anyway.
Garrett prefers to work alone isnt it? :cheeky:

I have been using T2Fix for quite some time now. There are only a few problems that sometimes occur, and some of them are not game-breaking. I have also played several versions of "Nosferatu" with NewDark installations made with T2Fix and never noticed a problem that looked like it was caused by T2Fix.
The multiplayer support in T2Fix caused some problems in the past. I do not know whether these have been addressed so far and would currently recommend not using multiplayer, or maybe only with a second Thief 2 NewDark installation.
Some time ago, a problem with automatic bugfixes (DML fixes) for some missions was discovered. It appears to stem from some bug or problem with configuration files and maximum object numbers. This prevented some players from playing the "Patriot" campaign and some other FMs at that time, but a fix was done rather quickly. The problem was not really caused by T2Fix, but most likely by a bug in the Thief game engine.
Then there's sometimes an issue with subtitles for the original game (not for the FMs). Several FMs used a technique to play sound files which made some of the original game's subtitles appear when they don't have anything to do with what the player actually hears at that time. Not game-breaking, only annoying, and can be disabled rather easily by renaming the "subtitles" folder in the game directory. The problem will not occur if the player did not choose subtitles when installing T2Fix.
Sometimes, Enhancement packs conflict with FMs in a way that the mission looks strange because of wrong textures applied to some surfacers. Not game-breaking, and is frequently already mentioned in the FM's readme/info file. Can usually be circumvented easily, and will not occur if the player does de-select the enhancement packs in T2Fix.

This problem can also be simplified if you use Angelloader, because if a fan mission asks for you not to use texture packs, you can just tick a box for said fan mission and boom, any and all texture mods are disabled. No need to constantly instant and uninstall said mods.

Just curious if there's any chance Nosferatu - Volume 3 is in the works? I didn't see any mention of it in the Upcoming FMs thread.

I'm glad you liked it. Unfortunately there will be no new release this year for Halloween (I'm in the first line against Covid yet), but the project is not given up. The mission was half finished when this disaster came and I had no time to deal with it since. I hope it will end soon and we can return to normal life ;)
PS: bbb, thanks for the PM :thumb:

From the beginning, I wasn't sure I was going to like this mission, but wow, what a trip...

I'm now in crypt with the vampire-proofed casket. I have the diamonds. Now, do I have to thread my way all the way back to the defunct Weird Sisters' chamber, or is there a shortcut I am missing in here somewhere?
This mission starts out slow, but really winds up. Not to mention it's gorgeously Eastern-European.
