Many thanks for this wonderful mission, haven't finished it yet and i wonder if the prize ticket from the Gallery Tour has some use or it is the cruel reward for mastering the Tour and winning all 6 statuettes?

It's an excellent job of trolling the player. You think you'd receive some grand prize at the end of it, but then it's just a useless trinket that isn't even valuable. :D

Hi! Fantastic mission, but I am having a problem; I can't get out of Benny's basement. Every time I try to lean on the opening, Garrett is pushed back onto the noisy surface. How am I supposed to get out of there?

To get out of that basement, walk to the open box containing coal. Don't lean, just press and hold the
jump/mantle key until you're on top of the coal. Repeat that twice with both openings you have to travel through, and you should be back on the streets.
If it does not work, verify that "new mantle" is enabled. To do so, open the file cam_ext.cfg in your NewDark folder with a text editor (preferably Notepad, not MS Word/MS Office) and look for the section "game specific". In there, you should find a line containig the word "new_mantle". There should be
no ";" before it.

Thank you, baeuchlein! I was sure "new mantle" was enabled, but then I found out that for some reason it wasn't. It works fine now :D
