There's a small elevator button behind the statue. I didn't see it as well
The FlutterBan2_0 (5988) has a corpse link to CutBlueBanner. Thats why I get a blue banner if I shoot a fire arrow near the ghoul in the sewers

bless the Rattle or need loot this can be a real problem, I could not find a way back once I left the Gallery exit. So I needed to play through again, to complete the objective. Maybe a elevator button placement?
Sounds like you may be playing an earlier version. I fixed it so that the tour remains open upon exit, and retextured the elevator buttons to be more visible in 1.2

Indeed, I was using the original zip. I enjoyed the mission very much. I also noticed some of other goals, I happened to finish like
"headache pill" didn't chime as a goal at all.
Were these fixed as well?

The
headache pill isn't a goal.. it's a secret. Look carefully on the floor of the surgery room downstairs after you spike the healer's tea.
