need help with a couple things i got key for cube from color button safe,but cant figure out where to use it,also upstairs from dining room with chairs on table how to i open that door with rounded top up the stairs?

Hi Downwinder,
That key is not for the cube, but rather for the Builder's Tools (also in the Gallery). You don't need a key for the Menger cube. There's a note in Eric Jaffield's office (down the hall from the Curator) that should help with the Menger Cube.
That rounded door is tricky: You'll need to get on the roof of the entryway courtyard. Only way there (without losing a lot of health) is to climb up the Muse statue.

but one question i got 8 ball for table but the pool sticks and pool stick holder also lit up was there some chalk or something for those?

After about 100 tries and a replacement of my keyboard, I finally made the jump. I was never successful with a strafe. I used a diagonal run and just kept trying. Man, that was a hard one! The last corner gargoyle was almost as hard to hit just right.
I've already completed the game earlier, but wanted to go back and finish some of the extra loot options.
Fun game and like the music. I finished again and was short 3 secrets and about 500 loot.

Where the hell is it? I read about his note here, but I can't find it anywhere & if I turn the power off to the elevators, what else will that do?
Found the key in the storage room, but I have no idea what it does, except open the storage room I guess. I got in there through the balcony.
Now I'm just running around in circles...:confused:

You might already have it in inventory. It's on one of the work benches in the maintenance area, at the very start.
Have you been up the elevator and gotten into the Penthouse yet?

Couldn't find the key to get the two items locked behind glass. Has to be one somewhere and is probably in this thread already plus two doors I couldn't unlock.

The most frequently missed door would be the rounded top door, at the top of the stairs near the hotel entrance. For that one, you need to access the room through a window, and open from the inside. You'll need to get on the room of the entryway courtyard.
However, based on what you say you're still missing, I'm guessing the two locked doors are The Chief of Staff office and Hotel Administration area? Those two are connected, and will also lead to the key to the display cases. Start by getting into the The Chief of Staff office- jump kitty corner over the lobby to get in the window. That should set you on the right path.
