It's in the Upper West Wing---that's the barricade section overlooking the penthouse atrium.
The best way in is to use rope arrows on the atrium beams. But once you're in there, you'll still need to find a way out with the Stone-- easier said than done.

Trying not to read any spoilers in the thread, so sorry if this has already been answered. I have been all over the place, but I can't find any water to wash off the Limeaway. I'm playing on expert and have no water arrows. I'm guessing what I actually need is some type of container for the water?

You want something that holds water, yes. I'm not sure I would call it a “container”

This is a fantastic FM: several hours of pure enjoyment for a somewhat contemplative person like myself. No forced ghosting, no time pressure, no hypersensitive / hyper-aggressive opponents, but almost constant thinking / problem-solving challenges (with just the right amounts of nudges, when needed) in a visually appealing and varied environment, where even my kind can't get lost...
Just a few minor questions:
1 - is there a way to open the Wishing Pond gate (from inside)?
2 - is the metal door in Kevel's downstairs generator room openable?
3 - the wall frame with 3 cues by the pool table remains active after returning the 8-ball - is it still waiting for something else?
Again, it was a truly delightful and memorable experience. Thanks a lot!

1. There is no way to open the Wishing Pond door Although it is possible to get there an alternate way- but your parenthetical makes me think you already have.
2. Not openable
3. Nothing to do with these. FrobInerting them is on my list of changes for a future patch.

I never did like extreme puzzle missions, but thought this would be fun. On expert dif. I am at a wheel where it shows winter, spring, summer and fall.
There is no gear symbol, unless you mean a six sided start or hexagonal symbol, what assume the triangle means arrow (assume), what does sand look like, no hourglass. nothing works. Very misleading.
I dropped sponge in upper pool on roof, but it vanishes (another bug). So I just shot the sponge on ground with water arrow.
Not sure how to get in area where there is two locked gates either. I'm stuck
