It makes me smile that people are still getting some enjoyment out of this naff mission I knocked together in lockdown, as for secrets have you found the one in the opening sewer? An arrow is useful if memory serves

On the off chance you are still looking, the mission is designed as a keyhunt with several secrets/shortcuts to make things easier. Some of which are required to progress. This is just to lengthen the gameplay on a tiny map.
You have to find your way into the library, one of the priests has a key or you can pick the front door, or find the secret entrance on the roof
Once inside you can pickpocket a key to the workshop off the Mage, In the workshop there is a note with a clue to the required to progress secret in the library, which will give you the key to the hidden safe in the workshop inside is the key to the apartment
Hopefully working that out on a first playthrough is a fun rather than tedious back and forth ha.
