Where is that last Wanted poster? Scoured the condo from top to bottom. Almost tempted to criticize the huge level (due to backtracking) but it's just too well integrated.

I'm guessing you've seen the map in the zip. The poster is on the wall at the top of the first flight of stairs leading from the street. There's a guard standing outside the entrance door.

This is one of my favorite missions ever! But now I have a problem. I'm at the end of the second part. I have completed the Sea Gull objective. No one has seen me. My remaining objective involves the Mechanist vessel. I'm now on the Citus Amicus. Where is the safe place that I should go to? I've been in the storage rooms, dining room, closet, and other areas in between and I've closed the door and waited. The objective does not get checked and thus the mission does not conclude. What am I missing?

There's a storage type door you open and Garrett says 'this looks like a good place to . . .' and that's where you go. Description is difficult but I think if you come down the first ladder and go through the round door to the right, there are two of these doors, one on either side of the passage and it's the left one. If it isn't down the first ladder, then it's down the second.

You need to look in a room which is quite close by across/around the roof.
