Good lord. This really is the most comprehensive level ever made, isn't it?

I wouldn't go that far, but it's certainly up there with the most enjoyable.
My datum point is Calendra's Legacy Part 3, Murder At Murkbell. I measure everything against that mission.

hint: Same area. Sculptor's shop- top floor
explicit hint: Theres a brick in the wall there that comes out. The key is just within your reach

went to stone cutter's shop and found the key to alchemists shop, behind the brick.
I am thinking of the silver door next to market stalls across from bell tower.
any hints are appreciated.
thank you vexd for replying

Part 3 is "A Winter’s Eve" and part 2 is "Midnight in Murkbell" - I guess you mean the latter.
I, too, compare every city mission against Purah's as he had that special dark fantasy architecture style, a sense of atmosphere and vivid characters seldomly seen in other missions. Not only CC and CL, but also Autumn in Lampfire Hills (my favorite T1 FM) and The Shadow of Lord Rothchest.
However, we can clearly see that the architecture of Melan's two city missions *easily* rivals Purah's maps - all others are practically stomped into the ground. They are at least as thoughtfully designed and are maybe even more realistic and grittier than Purah's already dark style.
And while I think that Melan still has possibilities to improve the plot and the objectives it's clear that we have the work of a master builder before us.
One can tell the craftmanship of the author by his usage of space and there are few that make good, let alone outstanding use of it. I'd say that Melan already overtook Purah in this regard.
I highly enjoy this mission (not done yet - all goals, but only 3100 loot) and I'm still finding new nooks and crannies... :cheeky

You need to enter the property by upper window. Key is inside.

Third time through, 2h15m49s.
Didn't get tired of it at all even playing it three times.
Great job. Hey Melan, I noticed your tavern and my tavern have the same music! I thought that was cool! :)

Wow, was a lot of rooftop climbing. Pretty awesome. Got 2890 loot with 3 hours gametime. I came across a "patio" with loot and a wine stained letter but there didn't seem anything else there. It's location is by the suicide woman, up on the wooden ledge to the left then mantle up on the wall. Did anyone else find more up there?
