i stuck in mission 3
at first i went to nob hill und knocked out the two guards in front of a building, but i found no way into this building and also no way into bafford down.
or is it possible, that i started in the wrong direction?

Wrong direction. A lot of mission 3 happens below ground. You want to keep off the streets.
