Is the only way into the church through the sub-basement area? Because I must have missed a clue somewhere about how to work the combination station, so I can't get in through those double doors.

Found this out, but rather by accident:
The inscript says the hammer is guarded by the eternal flame.
In the first floor, the sparkling fountain turns your water arrows into holy water arrows.
Shoot the candle over the hammer with one.However, you may have to deal with the Hammerites first.

Yes, that is the only way into the church, but
the lift won't work without power. Then you can learn more about the

Okay, I am as good as done with mission 3. I really enjoyed this campaign so far.
I completed all objectives but I wonder about two topics. Since they seem to be optional, they might be secrets:
1) There is a secret room above Tyler Bumbleson´s office (insurance company, room 200) with a safe. Has anyone found out the code?
2) In the subway stations there is a possibility to enter a code into the terminals after turning the power on. Also, did anyone found out the code here?
Solution: In the church cellar, there is a chest behind a stage set (a tower left and right with a background in the middle). Okay, funny that the codes
work, Garrett can avoid jumping over the lava pit and take the railway instead. Very nice detail!
There is a secret in the lava pit, too. Notice a small ledge leading down to a tomb.

No...have you gone to the burrick stables? You might have to stand in there a few seconds for the ending to trigger.
