Either I have an installation problem, or the mantling is broken in the mission. I have the latest taffer patcher installed 2.06, but when I try to mantle I get a failed attempt on a lot of places.

One lockpick can be found in the Workshop to the right and above the start. Orientation help: when you start an look at the no k.o.-guard in front of you and suppose this would be North, then the Workshop is to the NE, by the balcony. The other one is in a high-up room, to the SE. However, to get there you need a vine arrow; it can be found in the greenhouse.
You find 3 keys, making your first round: in the small room where a spider appears, in the room behind a metal door with a book on the floor, in the room with a corpse. One of these keys opens the greenhouse.
