I'm 175 short of max and trying to work out what I've missed. Already been to many places that you're not supposed to go and I imagine it's probably in full view. HaHa.
Edit: Now 100 short of max. (Well that 75 was almost in full view).
Further Edit: I got the final 100 eventually and it was very much in plain sight!

I only managed to find 5668 loot and 3 out of 4 secrets, playing it in normal mode as I didn't quite know what to expect.
