Now that I know its there, its obvious. I think there's an optical illusion hiding it; from a distance it blends in with the stone wall, then when you get close enough to frob it the chest is blocking it from sight unless you step to the right (closer to the lantern, which we tend to avoid on principle).
I also wouldn't expect a loose piece of furniture on the other side of the room to be moved by a switch placed there (immersive simulation vs gameplay). I checked all around the wardrobe for a deadbolt keeping it in place, since that made sense when I saw the layout of the space.
I've found the museum again, and on further exploration of the sewers realized there are three ways in (but two are only accessible by ascending the cylindrical sewer chamber). I had worked my way up through the basement and out already before finding that chamber in my first playthrough, so one entrance was my exit, one was redundant, and the cylindrical chamber was just confusing.
You're right, it's three entrances. I always forget about one.

Is it possible to get back to the warehouse if I made it all the way to the end?
it's not. Yes, I know, polemic decision. Priorized story over gameplay there.

Its ok. I'll consider the mission completed, and it was a very good one! :D Thank you for making this FM. I like the idea of setting wood objects on fire to get rid of them, but I noticed that adjacent wood objects that were separated by brick walls still caught on fire. It was still a neat concept though.

Just completed on expert about 1000 short of full loot and got 0 secrets. There is a lot to explore. I'll have to give this another playthrough once 1.1 comes out. For a 1st FM, it's very advanced.
Minor critique: it feels somewhat linear and the paths a bit forced. I cannot backtrack in some places if desired. I also retrieved one rope arrow in the mansion , but lost it when the Lady of the Woods took my stuff. It is possible I reloaded a save before obtaining that item, so lost it my my own accord. It seemed that nearly all mygear was confiscated when I got zapped my whom I guess is Victoria. Are all weapons lost after the nearly fatal zap? I was able to get back a lot of my gear, but not the special item I had picked up.
Overall a very fun FM. I was never pissed off about it (some FMs are tedious, but not this one), although there were moments of a little confusion and mild frustration. However, it is one of the few FMs that I didn't have to look for post clues here to complete it. Also, visually, it is very pretty. A bit dark though. I had to go 100% gamma to see some things. Part of that is my sh1++y monitor though :joke:
Thank you Kubrick for this very good FM. I look forward to your next one, as well as v1.1 of this one. :thumb:

When I emerge from the sewers into the last city section, there is a zombie behind a gate. On the other side of the gate is a lever that I cannot reach. I can't seem to find a way to access this area. Any hints?

Thanks for saying it’s not possible to go back to the start. I suspected as much but retracing steps back from South Quarter I did find more loot and 2 secrets, so that was good.
Very trivial observations ...
I couldn’t toggle the Victrola on again. Not everyone’s cup of tea, I know, but I was trying to relive the atmosphere it creates, (different from the atmosphere of squelching boots in the sewers. HaHa).
Following the
“everywhere you haven’t been” advice, in one of the sewer junctions where Lowell says something like
“I think I can reach that cross” I got to the area where a railing is hanging off, and, via a vine-arrow fired into the closed wooden ceiling-hatch, I jumped across to the ledge just beyond there (on Right of this screenshot)

and hopped over the railing. Walking West (Left) to the end wall caused me to break into some map-Dromed-land before sinking into oblivion.

I imagine few people will go there but thought I’d mention and apologies if it's already reported. It’s repeatable so I took the above screenshots.
Excellent mission. Well done. :thumb:

I enjoyed that - thanks again Kubrick.
I finished two objectives in one at the end - I don't know if that's how it should have been.
Only found one secret and 2400 loot short so I need to have a replay.
I echo Aged Raver's comments about the Victrola - I enjoyed that little bit of music and would be nice to be able to switch it back on.

Where do you find the key for the locked section of the museum?

I’m thinking it’s a loop taken from (

I'm pretty sure it's the track, um, Kubrick used in "The Shining". I recognized it right away and expected strange ghosts and corpses inside - instead, we got haughty revelers as the world around (and beneath) them is falling apart.

It' not possible to reach it. Another lesson learned: no dummy levers or similar.

Excelent report, no one had found that one before! Thank you. Very strange, dromed usually can't do that.

If you mean the key to the section with that painting, it's on an office upstairs. If you mean the wooden door on the basement, check the banner on the other room.
Oh wow, cool find, but it isn't actually. The song as it is in the FM is not edited by me at all: it's taken as is from The Caretaker's "Everywhere at the end of time", a loopy music album / art piece about how progressing through Alzeihmer's disease must feel. It's a beautiful, horrifying 6hs thing that I recommend experiencing once. One of the most moving pieces of art I've heard but it's incredibly hard to go through. I used to listen to that particular track on repeat during the covid lockdowns. It was weirdly reconforting, I guess it made me a bit more at peace with death.

The track that loops at the first area is from Bohren & Der Club of Gore, a dark jazz band from Germany I think. That track is called "Tief gesunken". I thoroughly recommend you listen to that track or start with the album Sunset Mission (it's on youtube) on a winter night drinking some wine, even if jazz or dark ambient aren't really your thing (they aren't mine, I just like Bohren a lot). They're one of my favourite bands.
