Can I please get a hint for the
vine arrow? All I found were a
water crystal, earth crystal, and a vial of holy water.Edit: I found it in
a different attic above the manor. Also there is another vine arrow in the sewer.I found a rope arrow
in the attic of the manor but not a vine arrow. Although it looked like a vine arrow when I picked it up but I don't see it in my inventory. I have been all over the
sewer and cannot find a vine arrow. Can you provide a strong hint at a specific location?

The vent should open after you switch off two levers in front of you, one to your right, and a wheel on a pipe behind you, if you were standing in the middle of the room looking at the grate. Try a quicksave from before just to be sure they're all on. If you're sure they're broken let me know, but it is a simple setup so I doubt that.I'm sorry, it doesn't work. Also the lady of the green keeps talking over and over again. I think something is corrupted here. I'll await the newer version. Perhaps I'll manage to get by then.
I really would like to dive in again. It's a beautiful mission!

Pretty impressive for a first FM.
I just completed it and had fun playing it, I like a FM with a reasonable sized map and a good amount of interesting places to explore and stuff to keep me occupied.

The broken light mechanic doesn't survive a load. It remains dark visually, but not on the light gem. Cool mechanic though.

I'm playing again, hoping to explore a little more thoroughly and catch the other secrets. Some thoughts:
* is there a way into the upper starting area, behind the gate?
* what is the point of the lever box in room with the man wearing the welding mask? this is part of a path to the warehouse upper floor but getting through the pipes is way too difficult. there is opportunity to snag a gas arrow but no reason to use it and it gets taken away quickly :(
* I was listening for the "uh thanks" bug others have reported; it triggers a couple times a couple minutes after the convo, about when I reached the shaft down in the sewers. in my first playthrough I thought he said "no thanks" when seeing the potential fall.
* at the guard post, is there a way into the Sarge's locked room without alerting Ivette?
* just past there, where the patrolling guard carries a lantern, I discovered that his body can slide through the grate in the central divider and sink down into the pipe :weird:
Sewer guard post spoilers:
Just to try something I grabbed the rat from the area just past the guard post and tried to throw it past the wardrobe into Sarge's room; it didn't go through and didn't elicit a response. maybe because I'd had to kill it to pick it up.
I grabbed the torch arrow from the tunnels and went back to the guard post and tried it on two items: the wardrobe and the locked door, both to silly results. The door eventually burned enough to unlock, but she was on high alert and swung open the wardrobe to come get me; is there a trigger for that outside? Trying the torch arrow on the wardrobe resulted in everything burning - the bunk beds, the guard, Ivette, the glass and metal desk in Sarge's room :wot:, and the shelves the little chest is on (which left it floating in mid-air).
What is the intended method for getting in here?

The attic of the manor contains a vine arrow. There's also another hidden in the museum, and another in the sewer just before you emerge onto the last city section of the level, that you can only get if you already have either of the other two. If you got a rope arrow in the attic, it was because you already got the one in the museum; when you combine vines and ropes, they simply stack onto the first one you had obtained. That's how it works in the original game. Quote Posted by Gloria Creep

Sorry about that Gloria, I'm not technically proficient enough to help. Hope someone comes by and knows. That specific puzzle is using original scripts (TrapRequireAll), and I've packed customs scripts with the FM, so I don't know how to proceed.

I've seen that happen a few times in testing, but even checking savegames there's just nothing there that would explain it. Regardless, it should work the vast majority of the time.

1) No, it's an out of bounds area.
2 The lever box activates a steam puff that drives the worker away, so you don't need to knock him out.
4) There's a switch right by the empty chest up on the bed. Didn't mean to make this one so hard (or any other puzzle really, getting revamped for the next version), most people seem to not notice it.
5) Yeah Dark is weird with collisions etc.
The rat thing has been tried by several people. I haven't made any puzzle solutions like that, and it's been a nice learning experience on readables; on the one hand, some things need to be plainly stated, not hinted. And on the other, one has to be careful not to write something that could be misconstrued as a hint. The rat is a case of the latter.
Yes, the fire system is supposed to spread. You can open a locked wooden door with it, but beware the potential loss of items, readables, the killing of AIs, etc. Otherwise instead of the Torch Arrow it would be the Fire Lockpick Arrow. There are no places in the FM where a torch arrow is the only way to proceed.

The place has two entrances, you just looped arround. Explore that place then continue on.
Which place should i explore?

Everywhere you haven't been yet, of course. Those two entrances are in the museum's basement. You have the upper floors. Plus, you can continue down the sewers.

Now that I know its there, its obvious. I think there's an optical illusion hiding it; from a distance it blends in with the stone wall, then when you get close enough to frob it the chest is blocking it from sight unless you step to the right (closer to the lantern, which we tend to avoid on principle).
I also wouldn't expect a loose piece of furniture on the other side of the room to be moved by a switch placed there (immersive simulation vs gameplay). I checked all around the wardrobe for a deadbolt keeping it in place, since that made sense when I saw the layout of the space.
I've found the museum again, and on further exploration of the sewers realized there are three ways in (but two are only accessible by ascending the cylindrical sewer chamber). I had worked my way up through the basement and out already before finding that chamber in my first playthrough, so one entrance was my exit, one was redundant, and the cylindrical chamber was just confusing.

For the expensive shipment...
I assume you already broke into the warehouse. Deal with the guards. Upstairs you can climb a chair and climb the wall and make your way to a readable in the center office (with a locked door).Hmmm... a basement and a key... well, the key is in one of the drawers, as promised.Still can't find the way to the basement? Raise the elevator without you on it.It took me a while to find the expensive shipment too, I ended up exploring a lot of the starting area unnecessarily. I even got the loot goal
before the plot switched me to a much bigger loot goal at Hard difficulty.
BTW, this is indeed an awesome mission! :thumb:

Is it possible to get back to the warehouse if I made it all the way to the end?
