Went to the FAQ and removed the ; as suggested. Instead of saying it's not using the Driver memory it just gives me a black screen. Now I haven't really tested just leaving it there for a few minutes to see if a eventually it will load but I don't think it will.
It also said that I'll need to downgrade my graphics card drivers to the 8x.xx range.

As an alternative you might prefer installing ddfix, I'm pretty sure that fixes this problem and lets you use newer nVidia drivers. The thread is in the legacy gaming troubleshooting forum somewhere... (edit... it's at the very top, pinned.)

It worked!
After I patched it (And took it out of compatibility mode) It booted up and loaded the mission instantly. (And I must say the screen shots I have seen do not do the game justice)
