I think it's something else. I just tried it and it worked fine. Plus, ND hasn't been updated in 3-4 years, so I think that would have been noticed by now. Sounds like a scripting issue, might want to start over and reinstall Thief from scratch.

Hmm, I just did a clean install with TFix, that's when it stopped working....

I'm assuming you mean T2Fix? Anyway, if that's not it, I have no clue. But typically when stuff isn't frobable, it's a bad script, like gen or convict.

Did you use T2Fix from Jax64 or TFix from voodoo47? The latter would be for Thief 1, and likely mess up Thief 2. "Sturmdrang Peak" is meant to be played with Thief 2.
For me, "Tunnel Rats" does seem to work normally as well. There are some not-so-common things to note with the scripts for these missions:
There is one error message in my Thief2.log that seems to show that a script file with square brackets in the file name does not get loaded. Furthermore, it appears that some old standard scripts have been reamed and copied to the FM archive and/or possibly gave vincentlancon some trouble. No hard evidence for any problems with these scripts here on my Thief 2 installation.

I just played this through. Very nice. Starts a bit slow, with 1 or 2 not so thrilling missions, but, gets better and better, and, wow, what a finale. :cool: The difficulty was exactly right for me as well. The only thing I would slightly criticize is that it shows its age a bit, with lack of detail in some places. Maybe time for a "remaster" at some point? ;)
