But...but....I play a lot! :p
Then you're playing the wrong games.:cheeky:

I am playing Thief 3 right now so I will listen out for those lines, I thought it must be something like that because there's no way I could have played thief for ten years and never heard them :)
These voices are certainly not from Thief 2, since they're still speaking english even with a german version of Thief 2. I played Thief 3 only once (so far), and these lines could very well be from that game.

Redownload? Reinstall? Sounds like something's not set up right, maybe some missing files.

NIck: I downloaded it again from another mirror. Works perfect now. Excellent job on the sound effects - the rain sounds awesome. thx
Would be good to know from what
bad mirror you downloaded in the first place, so that the problem can be corrected. ;)

A great mission. I love how original and engaging missions are still being developed. I'm playing the author's previous mission, memoirs of a dead god, and enjoying it very much.

All 3 mirrors are identical. Must have been a problem during the download.

I don't know if I'm the only one who's noticed this, but with the most recent version of AM16's Thief Mission Bugfix, the names of the custom objects disappear. Is anyone else having this problem? How do I fix it?
UPDATE: I found a temporary workaround: copy the file "objnames.str" from the "strings" folder into the "english" subfolder in "strings."

I thought AM16's bugfix was for OMs, not for FMs. I'm afraid I don't know - needs expert help I think.

As you know I was one of the beta testers ... I liked this campaign from the beginning. :)
To become one of my favored FMs a FM has to have a conclusive and logical story. And this one has it, a former girl friend (we gain some knowledge of Garrett's private life) involves our master thief into an affair which leads not only to a simple pirate treasure.
Besides the story the texts are excellent and enjoyable, the architecture stands out. Well done! :thumb:

Hmmm... all released versions of AM16's patch have that file in strings\english, but not in strings itself.
Must be a leftover of some other mission.
