...
I patiently listened to all conversations but found only 4/5 scroll cases until now:sweat: Did you find the one
underneath the cart next to the big hole in the ground near the police station? Does anyone know what the
Raven arrow is supposed to do? My guess is that it teleports you to wherever you aim it, but I don't think it's working properly. I selected it, drew the bow and was immediately transported about the length of the room I was in, but then it just became a rope arrow, and never did that again, so it might be a one shot thing. But then, the sound of the bow being drawn kept repeating over and over again, even when I didn't have it brought up. Nothing I could do would make it stop. I even saved and reloaded and still got the sound. I tried drawing the bow again and the sound just doubled. I finally had to quit the game and go back to an earlier save.

It's just an alternative for rope arrows

Spy as well.Any idea what's
to be stolen from under Flik's nose? There is an empty box on his desk... And what about Desperado, "nothing shiny can hide from your gaze..."? Is there a trinket somewhere without loot value (I have all the loot)?

coin lying on Flik's desk. Later on, it was gone. Maybe the theft of this small thing is what gives you
"Desperado" and is the thing you may steal from Flik. By the way, what made you think that you have to steal something
from Flik, "under his nose"?

It's the text of those achievements (*.str files in \Books\English) which appear in the display windows once completed.
Thanks for
Flik's coin, I'll check it out as soon as I'll take the plunge to restart (I have no early hard saves...)

The coin can be stolen only at a certain point.

Thanks for the incredibly ambitious mission. The mission though reminds me why I've loved Thief and hate most new games, being forced to play in a particular style to complete objectives is so unlike Thief and ultimately the mission fails to be fun.
I got quite a way thought Raven's Nest decided enough is enough.

The coin can be stolen only at a certain point. Thank you, it works. Just for curiosity I replayed version 1.4 (I utterly enjoyed Mr. Flik's improved manners!), and let me congratulate once more for this exceptional opus. If the remaining glitches - coming from its linearity - could be further eliminated (to enable the player to return to most or all areas for missed loot or "achievements") it would be pretty close to perfection.:thumb:
Apropos achievements:
(1)"devastator" does not open in spite of having all 6228/6228 loot:confused:; (2) where is the trinket which cannot hide from the player's gaze? and (3) does Defender require to eliminate all the zombies? It would require a vast amount of holy water bottles and arrows, the more so because some of them respawn...Again, thank you for several days of superb amusement:thumb::)

The beta testers are not checked the achievements. :p

I checked this line from the English translation:
You've successfully removed Lady Adaline and her people from the infected district. It's the wrong wording.
You need to perform this task without raising alarm. Zombies and haunts should not find you during this task.
So if you kill the haunt before, then you will not get this achievement. Please suggest new wording for this achievement.

The trinket?It's
Desperado: "Nothing shiny can hide from your gaze, even if it's just a trinket". Since I have all the loot, I thought it had to be a "trinket" - goblet, cup, bowl, or something else - without loot value:confused:Quote Posted by Soul Tear

"You have successfully removed Lady Adaline and her people from the infected district without raising alarm."
