Is there a trick to capturing the insects in the jar? I caught one, but it was a case of frantically "using" the jar in front of a flighty object. The one that I caught was a fluke. Do you keep chasing them until you eventually capture one, or is there a spot where they rest and hover.

Most of them have spots where they hover. Just follow them and watch their route. But even if they don't hover, if you know their route you can place yourself in their path and wait for them to come to you.

Tannar is right. The way they work (without getting too technical) is just by frobbing the jar when they are within a certain distance from you. It might actually be detrimental though to madly frob repeatedly, so try just a gentle frob or two when they are close by.

Ah yes. The benefits of a gentle frobbing are manifold.:D

I got them all. I guess my first was the hardest the butterfly in Nilbog because after that, it was pretty easy.

Didn't Connery suggest there was a long fuse to trigger the Explosive device? I left with the Pagan Child thinking that I had to get out of there fast. I managed it and got all the way to deliver the child to the parent, but the objective to destroy the hive never clicked.
later......
I went back and detonated the explosive and the objective still didn't click off.
later still....
Ok...I got it Light the fuse after you place the explosive

I eventually found what to do, but was stuck again and came close to posting another plea for help. But this time I muddled through after going back and forth 3 times
jumping the stepping stones over the abyss. All that just for a secret, but I endured worse.
