gnartsch: It's not a matter of sparing any particular creature, it's a matter of making sure the pagans are never alerted. If you killed the eyeball plant near the village, is it possible the treebeasts between it and the village were alerted and came looking? That may in turn have alerted her enough that it cancelled the meeting with Grimroot.

I MADE IT !!! What a fantastic campaign! :joke:
Took me like one hour to find the expedition and the moths even when I was at the spider and shiny cave before and at the tomb.. but then I couldn't find it again xD

I'm in the ancient tomb:
I have ashes and a firekeeper's medallion. I can use the ashes on either the brazier in the firekeeper's room or the one with the fountains, but not both. Neither opens the gate to the throne, and the elementals spawned are hostile even with the medallion.
What am I missing?

The lever to open the throne room is in the room with the brazier where you found the medallion.

Also the medallion doesn't make them non-hostile, but it does make you impervious to fire damage. ALL fire damage.

Early on in Mission 2 I let Grimroot out of his cell and he updates my map for me, but my map looks no different from before.

All he did was add an arrow or two pointing the direction to go in the caves to get to the village.
