I did befriend the Pagans, and I did find the underground area with the spider in the crayman temple, but didn't notice any cave entrances. I'll check out that area more carefully, though. Thanks!

Look for a room with
a crystal or other obstacle in the center and check whether there are
three exits (including the one where you entered this room) from that room. One of these should
lead down, and there should be ankle-deep water on the ground. That's the one you most likely didn't notice. Happened to me as well, for this exit often gets obscured by the obstacle in the center of the room.

Ok, I looked around more carefully and found a bunch more stuff, but now I'm missing the fire amulet and another pot of sacred ashes. Also, people keep talking about the throne room, but where is it? Is it the area with the big Trickster statue or the room you open with the pyramid key-thing?
EDIT: I found the fire amulet, but not the second urn of sacred ashes. Where is it, anyway?

The throne room is in the room you open with the pyramid-shaped keystone. In that room there is a smaller room behind a metal gate which has a throne in it. In the upstairs room nearby where you found the amulet, there is a large lever on the wall. It blends in a little so it's easy to miss. That lever opens the metal gate to throne room, which is where you'll find the other pot of ashes.

This is a stupid question, but how do I blow up the hive? I've got the explosive and I tried setting it where the pagan child was, but nothing happened? Do I have to hit it with a fire arrow or something. . 'cause I'm pretty sure that would kill me.
EDIT: Nevermind. I found the frobbable spot on the floor. So now I'm out of the tree. . I suppose I just wait. .

After you put the explosive in that spot, you should see that it has a long fuse on it. Frob the fuse to light it and then run. You should have enough time to get out if you hurry.

I've completed all my objectives!. . . . . except I can't find my way back to the boat. I'm in the cave system that links Glimmer Grove, the crayman temple and the outdoor area with the thief huts but I can't get out of there. I just seem to be going around in circles. :(

Lady Taffer, try to reach the area of the swamp with the thieves. Then, go to the north wall of that area, which is where all the caves/exits from this part are. Go east along the wall until you reach the eastern end of the wall. I think there are a few remains of a building there, as well as a swarm of insects. If you would go south now, you would reach the thieves' huts, but don't do that.
Instead, go west again from the northeast corner and take the first entry into the caves you encounter. This is the one leading to Nilbog, the ratmen-infested village, where your boat sits. When you travel through these caves now, you should reach a more or less T-shaped intersection, where you should go left when arriving from the "thieves' swamp". This should take you directly to the village.
Once there, walk through the village until you reach the swamp, then go left along its edge. You should then reach your boat again, where the mission will end.

I have to say I am loving this mission :thumb:, nearly finished, just scavenging bits of loot to make the quota, then I'm going on a secrets hunt
