Finished Pt1. Great mission! Started with Pt 2 now. Apart from being surprised that Elizabeth too has a mechanical eye, I'm also stuck:
I got the prison keys from the torture room but I can't proceed any further. I've noticed the broken-off lever and the bars blocking the ladder...
What should I do to continue?

You've gone through into the Prison area, right? You need to look for a room where you can climb a rope (well, though it's open on this level) up through a hole in the ceiling which will get you into the kitchen upstairs.

I got into the kitchen, but all the doors in there are locked and I don't have any keys that open them.

Search for the servant's keyring in the rooms above.

Could someone explain me how to complete the objective
"You must find a way to stop this torture."?
Thank in advance :)

This objective changes in the servants' bedroom.

Great mission. I only found four secrets and missed 500 gold (presumably some of that behind the secret I missed), but did pretty well considering the size and scope of the mission.
I must say, Elizabeth is a resourceful lady. I am just a little bit concerned about the fact that she doesn't have a reflection, though.

Finished this very nice FM. First time, ~6000 loot, completed the optional objective, all guards in long mailcoats killed, all others unconscious. 4 of 5 secrets found.
Great architecture. A very convincing castle, featuring one of the most beautiful bedrooms I have seen in any Thief FM, and lots of nice paintings. Elizabeth's voice acting is excellent, the best female voice in any Thief FM I know, and that includes T2X - if there are any more Thief FMs featuring Caroline Néron's voice acting, I'd try them for that reason alone. A few minor anachronisms - I'm not sure they had indoor plumbing in Renaissance castles, but showers turned on and off by taps? No way!
Ghosting seemed to be a pain in this mission - tile floors, everything in the wing you start well lighted, as well as in the courtyard, so I didn't bother the first time. Just how many life points do the guards in the long mailcoats have? I shot one because I couldn't get behind him, but not only didn't he die immediately like those I killed with the dagger, it took 8 more hits to kill him!
A memorable moment: killing the bailiff practically under Rozi's nose. Too bad about the bloodstains in the bathroom, though. A dead giveaway for more intelligent investigators than they seem to have here. Another memorable moment: when I found the walking stick and the accompanying note. Quite a laugh, not only for Elizabeth.
Looting things: I tried to get the gem under the table with the two drunken guards in the pool room without knocking them out first. Didn't work. I'd like to know how this scene can be ghosted.
Things I missed (as in "I couldn't find them"): Ice arrows. Thanks to this thread, I now know they exist. What I don't know is how to get into the attic of the west wing. I could see the archer standing up there, but how do I get up?
Things I missed (as in "I wish they were there"): A bit more climbing. And rope arrows. Might not be Elizabeth's style, so for storytelling purposes this is OK, but in the first half of the mission, walking past dozens of doors you can't open makes you wish for something do to except looking for the next key (just as in part I, BTW). As an alternative, a bit less linearity. As opposed to part I, where it was necessary for storytelling, here you have only to make sure you get to the prison before you get into the private quarters. If you could get into the theatre and the knight's hall before getting into the private quarters (maybe I missed it: can you?), or if you could pick the doors to the courtyard in the east wing, you would feel much less constrained in the first half of the mission, and the progression of critical events would not suffer from it. The only change is that you would not be forced to go through the attic, and apart from the fact that any player I know would explore it anyway, I wouldn't miss that part.
This FM captivates mainly by great visuals and architecture. The whole private wing, Elizabeth's bedroom, the pool room, the wintry courtyard. Very, very beautiful. The torture room is appropriately ghastly. Storytelling elements are also good, but are a bit lost in the abundance of rooms. For that reason and some linearity I consider unnecessary, I found part II was a very nice FM nobody should miss, but not quite as captivating as parts I and what I've seen of part III. Maybe this will change when I've tried to ghost this mission - I usually don't have the patience for this when I try an FM first, but the story almost requires it...
