You need to go outside the mansion/fort. It's through a door in the outside wall. I believe it's near the chapel but it's been a bit since I finished. Hope this helps!

I believe I got the flask from the pedistol in front of draculas coffin in the crypt.
As for the noble woman's blood, get it from a noble woman. The marshall's girl friend! :angel::thumb:
