I just got back into some T2 FM's (can't believe how far things has come, what with all these new tools, etc), and things are going well, but I ran into some issues...
First, all in-game sound is coming out of my Front-Center channel, including when I do "speaker test". (says "Left/Right" out of the center)... Second, while Hardware sound is enabled, EAX is grayed out (I have an Audigy 2 gamer).
Any ideas? Search comes up with nothing about center channel issues... (using Vista 64, btw)
Update: Got it resolved (Vista 64bit related)... I just had to add Thief to the Creative Alchemy list of active games. (seemed a bit easier than downloading the Alchemy files, which I couldn't find, and putting them in the Thief folder... that is, if you already have Alchemy installed.) Should this be added to the Vista FAQ or something?
Btw, here's an image of what you have to do:

Nice one, what are the buffers set to by fault...?

4, but I read on the Eidos forums that you have to set it to 8 in some ini file (if you use the method of downloading the Alchemy files, and putting them in the T2 folder).
