Hay all!

I am gamer from very beginning of gaming at all. I remember all thrill when install Shock1 in 1994 and play for nights and days! The very first full 3d game among all games 15 years ago. Even now i am playing occasionally sshock1.
About Sshock2, really i past complete revolution of FPS games but none gave me such creep like shock 2. The best game ever, period...
And thank to all guys who works on improvements for this game even now, ten years later. BIG thank!

I know I'm taking risks to have all of you fans - and true, true gamers - lynching me, but:

The atmosphere in Thief is the bes... I mean is nice as well... Isn't it? :)

(usually I go like "THIEF THE BEST OF ALL EVER AND I'LL FIGHT TO DEATH FOR IT!!!!!!!!!" but I am... Outnumbered this time, hey?)

Mmh... I do like SF and cyber punk somehow... But I prefer steampunk (cf Children Of Karr- of Karras:) and also other mech and hammer machines). I hope you know Thief a bit or I guess you understand really few of my explanations... And anyway, the entiere athmosphere of Thief is the best description I may give of my tastes...

What exactly are you trying to say here? The point he was making with the statement your critiquing was that if you don't know Thief 2, you won't understand what he's talking about. If you've never played Thief, then unless you know that LGS used the same motions from SS2's bots to make the Thief 2 bots, you really wouldn't know what he's talking about.
I'm a prime example. There's a huge gap between the time I showed up on this forum and the first time I played Thief. I heard nothing about the Thief 2 bots before my first game.

Based upon this thread alone, he didnt really "explain" a whole lot about thief II, other than he likes the mechanist machines and such of which the combat bots are a part of... If I am supposed to go back and read all of his posts since he has been here to understand his stance on Thief II, then forget it. Again, in this thread he didnt say a whole lot about thief II, and what he *did* say wasnt that hard to understand... What the Hell did I miss??

I agree, but he was saying that you wouldn't understand his comment about the bots if you didn't know Thief, and it seemed like you were jumping on his back because of that.
