System Shock set free into the Community?

Is system Shock set free into the community? I want to use the music for several reasons like music for my site, music for different maps in WC3.

1 or 2? Technically neither were 'released into the community', but System Shock 2 especially (http://www.ttlg.com/forums/showthread.php?t=65259) is not abandonware.

I personally can't see anything wrong with using the music in it, considering you can get it for free in a link on this forum.
