That's not quite true. There are several NPC comments you can elicit by interacting with or even just looking at various items in Kleiner's lab. And unplugging a live TV will usually get remarked on. Of course, this sort of reactivity is easy to create, so it's no surprise there would be a lot of it.

One could say this behaviour was even more prevalent in Half Life 1. Pressing the alarm button, ruining the microwave oven etc.

Bigtime. ACM was originally going to be as atmospheric as F.E.A.R. or Clive Barker's Undying, instead we got Call of Duty - Future Warfare. :/

I think my only real knit-pick was the clichéd "Bwaaah" at the end, like Inception. It gets used a bit much these days, and I'd rather System Shock wasn't drawn into that bucket. I think the music from the original game could've been adapted to fill that and in doing so keep more of the original aesthetic.
Hopefully I'm not reading too much into it.

Yeah I'm hoping that's just a trailer thing, because it's lame. There was a lot of it in the new Daredevil season as well. Do something more creative, people!

The trailer looked pretty good, though it felt more like Alien Isolation than System Shock. Maybe that's just because of the modern graphics, but I thought the true-to-the-original enemies were good.:thumb: My only problem?
