At the moment I'm still knee-deep in the logs and videos to make, but afterwards I will see after compatibility with the SCP. The easiest thing, for me, would be editing the SCP maps while keeping my current gamesys.

Will 2.0 be the final version? I've been putting off playing it waiting for a definitive version.

Yes, no more content will be added later save for bugfixes and compatibility patches.

Personally I prefer to play the final final version of things. So I'll wait till the absolute final version of this is out, then give it a play.
Is there any enemies in the cyberspace sections? Looked more like a stress free, enemy free environment from the video a few posts up.
Does look like you've put in a ton of work on new levels. Hope it all makes sense story wise, with all the tears etc. I assume there's a ton of new audio logs? Since if it's parallel universe territory then things would be going differently (and thus reach different outcomes) in each of the separates tears (just as in Bioshock Infinite).

We're almost there, all I need is another movie and more tests. There's a colour-coded expressway in Cyberspace, to get to the mission objective asap. But if you want to get all cybermodules, you need to explore and avoid\kill several traps like "sphere" mines (on a path, or tracking), "triangle" turrets (weak, strong, or to be hacked), and an enemy humanoid in the finale.
Story wise, you meet all characters in the campaign: selecting their tear, will advance their specific subplot. I usually say that 1.0 adds Marie to the game. 2.0 adds too Goggles, Korenchkin, Diego and this new marine "Shephard".

Are there choices you make that branch the tear off into different directions? or is it fixed?
